I learn to be pantual, communicate, being good in numbers. I enjoy to use my power by communicating with our suppliers when i demanding my stock, to receive stock early not making our enduser suffer for their material.to receive a call from supplier recommend me The most challenging aspect of the job when our coal supplier failled to deliver on time, is to find out that doctors postpone operation because of undeliverable stock Relationship with my colleague sometimes is bad because i used to demand work from those who break a chain cause it delayed us all

Learning and experience

It's a good learning environment having to see different conditions with a good health outcome for the patients we nurse. Working with a good team of nurses always willing to learn and assist. As the deputy manager I get to learn a lot from the manager in the unit. The challenges we have are lack of resources in the unit.

Pros: Great working experience
Cons: Long working hours, lack of resources lack of staff at times

Good learning experience

Good working environment with friendly people. Easygoing staff always willing to help when needed. Busy department and high number of patients. Understaffed but functional to s good extent. Great for experience because there's a lot to see. Overtime is optional.

Good

I usually attend meetings ,submit reports on the daily running of the hospital. Logging of calls using e-maintenance system.We are a very hard working team. We have a very synchronized working environment. Learning is part of working at F.M.U. We Learning how to multi task, how to work under-pressure and how to handle sensitive information.

Pros: Great opportunies in the health sector
Cons: so far none.

Excellent learning

I am collention miyambu my qualifications include N6 human resource management. i worked at picardi rebel as a supervisor from 01 august 2010 to 01 October 2016.I am self motivated,disciplined and self organised.I have developed the ability to work as team and i take pride at my work. i can work under pressure. i have computer skills ,Communication skills ,Interpersonal skills
