I have a great relationship with the head of my department which have paved the way for exceptional soft skill development and perfection. My daily work routine touches on various topics related to my primary accountability areas, which are mainly: - Internal Audit Work - JSOX - Risk Management - Fraud and Ethics Management I also maintain good relationships with my fellow colleagues and business to ensure effective and participative dealings in the best interest of the Company.

Pros: Personal development and career growth
Cons: Flat structure, no opportunities for promotion unless Head of my Department leaves the firm.

Gain good experience in the Manufacturing and Mining areas

A Typical workday: Liaising with Plant personal and Management in the management of Cost and Finance and Cashflow. Good relationship with co-workers. I came to the company to gain Mining experience after working for more than 15 years in a manufacturing environment. I enjoy interacting with all levels of employees and management. The most challenging is the Financial state of the Mining sector at this stage.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain Mining experience
Cons: Company is struggling financially

Excellent Learning Curve, new opportunities, management of projects

Working in the mining industry is both challenging and worth while. My relationship with the co-workers is friendly but work based. I have learned to be independent and be open minded. What i enjoy most about what i am doing is given the space to let my ideas flow without being criticized rather advice on how to go about doing things. The most challenging aspect of my Job is having to speak your mind and express ideas to Management - other than that the challenges have been learning curves.

Pros: Great opportunities to grow in the work environment.

Good overall expierience

My work involve a lot of decision making regarding to make the plant perform at its optimum, by automating the plant and performing a lot of problem solving in the instrumantion electrical and production field. Also working on a lot of projects.

Pros: Gain a lot of expierence in people managing
