My current job

The Company that i work at prides it self in being the best and not to give in to second best and what you do to do it right the first time. i started at the company and had to take on there dispatch department that was no functioning correctly and was away labeled it must be Dispatch how did it,after about 7 months my team and i resolving issue and problem,there was goal set out by the managing director that was never met and was labeled as being impossible and was and still is being achieved every month. I was moved to logistics department that they also have unresolved problems i was task to bring the department back to the company's stranded with in about 2 months the department was well praise in how well it was doing and that it being run and managed extreme well What i enjoy most about my work is being able to go to work and know that it is going to be a challenge

Pros: love to learn people , love to build team, love to work on difficult problems, Analytical,
Cons: what everything do now, dislike it when work is done incorrectly,

I absolutely love where I work now. In my environment as a dispatch Foreman I am routinely in total control of the premises and all processes, as we work shifts and I am often the senior manager on site. I also took over the Credit Note Requests from the customers, since I am a natural investigator and risk manager. We are a close team of only a few members that make sure that all the i's are dotted and all the t's are crossed.

Pros: Have opportunity for promotion
Cons: 100% shift work including every weekend

Exceptional

Good benefits but could be better. Challenges for me would be that I have worked myself into 3 departments over the last 3 years. I have gon from invoicing to sales to Debtors. If you have good attention for detail you can go far with Heunis.

Pros: Good opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
