Good learning experience

A good company to het started in the industry. Perks are good and the salary is fair. However the work life balance is tough as there is a 2 week shift rotation and work on Saturday is almost guaranteed.

Hard Work

Great company tp work for.People i on the floor are amazing.True friendship.There are plenty to learn and many skills to achieve.Time and opportunity do acuire those skills are the problem.Stagnating in a department on the floor is worrysome.No chance for promotion.Long hoirs with a heavy scedule.k for
