Excellant learning curve in time management and productivity

Working for highveld mushrooms has given me so much confidence to prepare work and present this to management. I had a daily routine and also monthly deadlines which I pushed that I could have more responsibilities handed over to me.

Pros: Very motivating and give much room to grow personally.
Cons: Salary doesn't compare well to other companies.

Maintenance,converyor,hydraulics,plc,fault finding,mcc circuit,relay panels,distribution boards,fork lifts,LT and HT voltage,gear drives,power supplies,chain drives,front loader,dismantle,installation of machinery

Pros: No promotions
Cons: Long working hours
