Excellent learning curve

Preparing meeting room: Checking thank rooms are clean and set accordingly Oder stock Counting stock Administration duties: Making,answering and transferring calls,faxing,filling and scanning. Maintenance of Restaurant email account and ensure prompt response. Making resavation and confirmation of bookings . We working as a team ,When ever someone needs help i don't wait for him or her to ask for my help ,I help when it is needed without waiting for them to ask. I have learn to work with people,to understand customers and be able to handle guest complain,making sure that all guest are happy. I love people I like working with people I always have a smile I enjoyed everything in the hotel like interacting with the guest ,making sure that they are all happy. The most challenging aspects was dealing with the guest complain but I am able to handle it without calling the mananger.

Cons: Long working hours

Topnotch experience

Pros Great benefits and paid time off, upper management appears to care about how the employees. The company is always striving for higher customer satisfaction. The company continues to grow, especially internationally. It is very normal for the company to have "random pizza day" or some other type of specialized snacks (smoothies, ice cream, or craft popsicles). Cons Lower level management doesn't appear to care if everyone is putting for the most effort, allowing many to do the minimum to get by. Too many people have been in the same entry level positions (10-20 yrs) and still burden other departments with inquiries they should know. Can be tough to move around in the company. Only a few departments are allowed to work from home full time or on a once a week basis.

Pros: great opportunity for experience
Cons: Long working hours but less payment
