Excellent in conference

I do conference and parties and big outdoor events I've got a a good working relationship with my colleges And also with the management On daily baisis we perform setups and running of the show I also do the maintenance of the equipment and repair some of it that is beyond my understanding

Pros: I thing it's a great time for Change
Cons: I'm able to work long hours

I HAVE LEARNT AND GROWN SO MUCH WITH THE COMPANY

There is so much I have learnt for the past 5 years with the company from since I first joined as a student and I have moved to senior position. I have also put all my effort in making sure the company grows, with the dedication, commitment and hard work I put in making sure the job at hand is done properly and professionally

Pros: Great learning opportunuty
Cons: Limited free time, and team building sessions
