Got to learn a lot about putting the customers needs first

We start the day with a morning meeting, giving motivational quotes / stories . Planning out the day by putting down targets we plan to reach by end of the day . Product knowledge training done daily and follow up with the previous days sales and deliveries with clients to make sure everything goes smoothly . We have a high end client base so customer service and product knowledge has to be on point .

Pros: Theres always promotions and new ways to bring in customers
Cons: There is always after hours training at suppliers that where compulsory to attend

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

Gather and organize financial data from all accounting departments Compile and analyze financial reports and find discrepancies that require senior management’s attention Manage the general ledger and devote time to risk management, especially with regard to accounts receivable Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies Forecast models for revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases Provide EOM reports for C-level executives

Quik learner,fast adaptor,self motivated(highly)

a typical is going out for business ,following up customers , making sure deliveries are going as planned. doing sales, social media marketing, merchandizing , motivating staff. relationship with staff going out for team building. I have learned that the biggest part of sales is service. I enjoy the family spirit between staff members. the most challenging is going out for new business .

Cons: long hours and working every single weekend!

I like being punctual, good comunicstion and people skills; honest reliable and trust worthy Strong believe in being ethical and always respect your co workers My work day is writting down my daily plan seung that all deadlines are forwarded Management meeting and memos for team , comunicate relivant info to trainee managers Diaries store managers dairy Challenging ensuring deadlines are done as requested
