Gaining more knowledge from my company

A typical work day is to support the brand. To assist all technical staff on the brand. Giving training. Adjudicating warranty claims. Management of new equipment assembly.

Yes

I am highly driven and ambitious about establishing myself in your organization. I have good communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to any environment and any task given at hand. Time management and working under pressure are my strongest points and always encourages me to strive and produce better results.

LEARNING IN PROGRESS

I am a hard working person self motivated,I am person who is hand on work most of my time,I like to on technical things that learn me a lot and gave me a challenge to can always be able to solve any problem that mit arrise like brake downs on machines doing technical jobs helps and shapen my mind in a daily basis,Like to work on team and be a learder with the organisation i am working on

Pros: Wanted to groom my self within the organisation and learn as much as i can so that the organisation will aswell benefit a lot
Cons: Nothing than company that will limit to do what is above me,i am happy if they giv opportunity to always any task that is within my organistaion.eg in the upsent of my foreman not having a problem of acting in behave for learning perpuses

International company

My responsibility...look after company vehicle and tools Work safe and look after my assistend... Learn my assistend to improve his knowledge and improve his career Work with customers. Check theyr machines and be cost affective. Be professional. Maintenance of machines and do troubelshooting.

Pros: Work on different sites...meet new customers.
Cons: No 13th leave bonus...no incentive

Qualities

I'm able to work under pressure without supervision. very innovative and sharp problem solver. Always willing to learn and gain more experience. Very trustworthy, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and s good leader as well. Good strategic decision maker.

Hard worker

I’m very dynamic. I can work without supervision. I do not need to be told what my responsibilities are. “Time is precious. I am a loyal worker, neat, honest and strict. I like to be busy at all time. I do respect other people’s property and privacy. I can work independently and can handle high volumes of work under pressure.”

Pros: I would like to work me up always some new to learn
Cons: I can't say no that is a bad thing

A typical day at work varies from day to day. I support the range of equipment from a technical point of view. Mechanics and customers often contact our division for assistance with machines. I am also responsible for managing the assembly of the giant mining equipment on site when a customer has order the machinery. I also am qualified as a facilitator, assessor and moderation. I provide technical training to new mechanics and apprentices.

Pros: knowledge
Cons: no room for growth ( in terms of recognition)
