Favouritism amongst staff members.

If only we could have self appraisal meeting to rate our potentials. More training should be introduced. Discrimination still exists amongst HOD and junior staff also race. Cultural differences.

Pros: Promotes students and below 35 years
Cons: Working under discrimination
