Great company culture as well as unity within the different departments. Allows one to find themselves and also their place within the company. Peace of mind is a great thing because of the different skills and people to interact with to help you with different tasks

Opportunity to grow

Hollard is a great place to work. The Management style is situational and suits the current times. Staff are treated with dignity and respect and like adults. Being a diverse group, we all get along well. Coming from a background of only Sectional Title and Property insurance, I have really been able to broaden my insurance knowledge and experience by working in the Commercial space. The only reason for me considering a move is for better financial opportunities.

Cons: Low potential for growth in Durban.

Hollard is a vibrant and family orientated organisation

Hollard is an awesome company to work for, however systems can do with more developments to eradicate the excessive manual intervention needed from staff adding extra workload to an already overloaded environment

Pros: I get on well with all my colleges
Cons: Depends on the workout output at present
