Havin good times at work Good team work at all times When you arrives at work you will be knowing that all your problems you left them at home it's time to smile and work . My favourite time is when the business is busy the time go fast . The hard times is when you have to take be blame for someone mistakes Any way I love dealing with customers and I've learned to be patient .confidential. and leared that people are different

Excellent in PA..like challenges. i believe on expanding my knowledge
Is is a huge company with more opportunity to grow within. The company is offering kind of different marketing. I joined tha company in 2011 as a clerck. I promoted from a clerk to be a team leader. I was a PA for 3 years. Now i a acting Area Manager.
Pros: it is a quite challenging as we work with customers on a daily basis were you have to meet their needs and make sure they are happy the moment they enter our shop even whn they leave our shop they should be smilling with our services.
Cons: long working hours is not a problem at all as it is about the passion and loving your work and feel at home

Customer service
My typical day at work, working as FICA agent will include taking calls from out client, and attending to client emails my priority as FICA agent is to update and activate our client account which they have sent through email but most of all working with a team that has to provide exceptional service to our customers. The best lesson i have learnt is working with different kind of people and also learning how to deal will different kind of customer and also provide the best provide. The most challenging aspect of my job is to deal wit angry telephonic-ally and but as time went on, i have learnt to how handle and to calm our client and in that process to assist them in any way that they would be happy.

I like to work in a team but I am also comfortable working on my own, furthermore I have good communication and interpersonal skills, good planning and organizational skills, I have the ability to supervise and lead a successful team, I am a meticulous worker and I also have a fair knowledge of the fica, banking and betting processes.better working environment for the team.
