Good place but not much growth

Good work environment, friendly workers, has vibey and energetic group of workers, never a dull moment. The only problem is very long work hours. I have learned to deal with defferent attitudes of customers, to be able to handle difficult objections. Challenges are the fact that there's no room for sharing personal problems not much recognition on the hard work you put on the plater.

Mediate learning experience and exposure

I am comfortable in my environment and need to be moved around to something that is more challenging and creates more learning experiences on better work ethics. I am currently too comfortable in my role and although I gi e 100 percent I feel I'd do even better if I was challenged more or granted more opportunities to help me think out of the box instead of having to ask for opportunities all the time. I love being thrown in the deep end and working under pressure and need to see more challenges that will allow me to better my knowledge in the field or career I am currently pursuing.

Pros: Straight shifts
Cons: No real growth unless you ask for it

Influential trustworthy leader

I pride myself in building partnerships with both business and employees. I am an all rounder because I had operations, product management as well as business analyst and project management experience. I have been vast experience in HR including in building talent process, formulating policies, dealing with conflict, performance manage to, section 189, mutual separations and much more in the HR space. My influencing skills makes it easy for me to get people to see my point of view and buy in into what needs to be done

Pros: Quick decision making is encouraged
Cons: Less keen to try things that were never done before
