Hardworking person

Am a hard working person a go getter a person who loves to work with customers.and I have been on the field of a sales representative for a long time..I believe am the right person for this job because am patient with customer,I like working with a team that is goal driven.. yes on the field you find very difficult customers and nice customers but u just need to be patient and do what you have to do sell the product..

The company is a viberant envirmonet filled with young minds and spirits .Everyone has a role to play,some play it weill some just play...my part is help them realise what they are capable of,

Leaning daily and improve our efficiency daily.

Everyday is a short day because of we Work around the clock. Working with motivated team makes us to achieve our daily duties and a team understand all requirements needed by the company.

Pros: Company has five sites which make an opportunity for us to grow
Cons: Sometimes we work long hours depending on deliveries scheduled.

Good environment

Good environment and excellent incentives and bonus. Management is friendly but very strict as it is a start up company and they acknowledge their employees as to what is required from them and also from the company. How ever long working hours are a challenge but it is a fun place and also there are games and competition weekly.

Hardworking person

Working at the company am working for its quit interesting you get to know different people and different characters and get to learn a lot from working a as a team. As a field sales rep you mostly spend a lot of time with your customers you find very difficult customers and nice customers but at the end of the day you got to do your job..be as nice a possible to those difficult customers.relationship with my co workers it as always been great never had issues at work always do what am employed to do..I enjoying working with customers because am an understanding person who knows how to deal with customers.

Excellent learning curve

I work well individually a d as a team. I enjoy peoples company . Starting work at 8am and having 2-3 breaks and knocking off at 4 pm . I'm a hard worker and a fast learner too .I take on any challenge and have high tolerance of pressure and it can get to you at time which make work a little bit difficult at times.
