I have the experience in running a large branch.
I believe in getting to work early not to set an example but to prepare my day before staff arrive so that I can assist them with their day as my daily functions have already been taken care off. I like an organised environment where staff members know exactly what is going on. This brings about a natural engagement of all staff at the dealership. his has taught me how people react and manage their day to day duties and enhances performance through organised structures. Every days challenges become easier to handle due to the minimum stress caused by being organised and having an aligned staff compliment. I enjoy the relaxed approached of the OEM which may also be a cause of irritation at times as I am used to a more pressurized work environment. With that in mind it also give a better balance between work and home life.
Pros: Great opportunity to earn
Cons: Lack of volumes, technology is a bit stale, staff needed a lot of upskilling when I arrived.

Good learning and growing
there are no growing opportunity and we get over worked and get less paid it is a good working environment and great people do wok here except for the higher manage ment who never appreciates I do enjoy my work but it gets a bit stressful at times especially when you work so hard without being recognised
