Had great time there and had good and working overall was challenging because .I worked my way up from waiter to shift leader and was also challenging at times .management wise I will give opportunities

Excellent learn curve

Working at hotel verde help me to get my experiences in working in the hospitality industry,it allowed me to meet different diversity people from different countries. Hotel verde allowed me to learn to be patient,a problem solver when guest complain.I'm always welling to learn more .I can show a lot of empathy since I worked in hospitality industry.

4 star hotel

Im a shuttle driver at hotel verde we are a very busy hotel because we are situated at the airport. Its nice working there,you get to meet lots of people different cultures and so forth. My relationship with my co workers is fine. The most challenging aspect id say is lifting heavy bags which includes golf bags and other heavy suitcases but its no problem as i can handle it i love the physical side of it.

Pros: Meeting different people and engaging in conversations with them
Cons: Yes sometimes overtime which we dont get paid of it
