Learning about company culture

Working for Busby has taught me how a business runs and the importance of stock takes through my experience I've travelled a lot dealing with stock takes in different provinces.We worked as team of 8 guys, we'd split and make two teams some occasions I'd be the one heading to stock takes if my supervisor is not available.It would give me an opportunity to feel what's like given a responsibility and been trusted to execute stock takes. Working with my colleagues was fun and stressful at time cause we all had different opinions when it comes to work.The challenging part of work was the long hours and opportunities are slim to get promotion

Stay Gold

I've learnt how to merchandise stores,in a sense that will draw attention to customer's. Maintaining the store's image as a brand. Giving excellent customer service and knowing that above everything,customer's always come first,and great service always brings them back to purchase again. I enjoy merchandising and engaging with customer's,I've learnt that they're all different and through understanding each an every individuals needs is what makes one an amazing sales representative.

Pros: Loyalty in the company,showing dedication and working hard everyday,proving yourself by aspiring to be either a manager or a visual merchandiser,by getting involved when new updates arrive and being consistent
Cons: Long working hours,cutting of off day's,to reach certain goals.

I am a highly talented, driven individual who has the ability to prove themselves and can deliver innovative solutions. A proven ability to develop projects from inception through to production ensuring that all work is effective, appropriate and delivered within agreed deadlines. Able to work as part of a team. I am a person that loves their family and a hard working woman that is trying to push away the stigma that woman cannot make it in the harsh business world. I am a person that does not shy away from a challenge and willing to tackle problems head on. Over the years I have been in school, I have seen many examples of great leadership. What separates the truly successful from the rest is a higher level of contribution towards the organisation’s most important goal.

Excellent learning curve

I'm a people person assistance is my strong point co-worker find me approachable and influential I've learnt that customer are different in every way i enjoy learning how to deal with clients everyday having order is the most challenging aspect of the job

hard working individual, who is willing to grow and learn New concepts and techniques at all time. I am innovative and Take pride in any task I am given and make sure that every task I Do is impeccable. I am a people’s person and work well in a Team based set up, I am always smiling and always go the extra Mile. I can withstand work pressure if needs be. I always strive For the best.
