Good customer care experience

Busy interactions with customers and Mangers and staff members. I have learn't many different skills and enjoy the people who walk in and the Management and staff. The most challenging aspect of the job is night shift duties, but i have worked different shifts for over a year. Love the people and management and staff and working with all different cultures. Would like a day job now as a Receptionist if possible. I enjoy the computer and meeting people. I have worked overseas in a medical call centre plus as well as 2 yrs as a PA assistant at Altech Autopage before going overseas.

Pros: Meeting people
Cons: long night shift hours

Need a fresh new beginning for the new year

I'm outgoing and friendly always treating customers and fellow colleagues with the utmost warmth and respect. I'm reliable and very happy to go the extra mile. I work different hours both day and night shift and weekends. I would however like a change.

Pros: very helpfull outgoing and friendly, can do shift work if needed
Cons: sensitive and slightly stubborn
