Excellent learning curve

Working at this company I gained a lot of knowledge and work experience, but in terms of promotions management did not trust their own staff to do a good job so they always looked outside of the business and gave very little room for growth to existing employees.

Great company which is the cornerstone of the South African formal manufacturing industry. Provides a great platform to Express yourself and and be a creative manager.I have learnt to put in measures and process and also have the ability to teach and mentor.

Growth

- first things first checking emails. - God team work towards colleagues , good conflict. Attention to detail. Delivering orders on time according to the customers specification. Informing customers that I cannot deliver on time.

Good

Working at House of Monatic in the warehouse is always busy working with a good team that always put a input to all task that need to be done for the day.What i do like of my work is to be in work be a everyday person with people i do work with .Always work to rich my target and to satisfy the customers.The most challenging aspects is when u have to chases for work that need to be send out and to rich my monthly target and when stocktaking is taken . but i love to take the challenges what ever comes my way .

You get to learn to work with different people who are from different respected backgrounds. Go getters. And you get to know the ins nd out of the business.
