Excellent exposure company for all round project managemnt
Excellent company to work for however after ten years, one looks for change. Relationship with co-workers are great. Lots of exposure to various departments on procurement, scheduling, HR, spares, etc. Good leadership skills learnt with my subordinates

Excellent learning curve
I did my 4yrs post apprenticeship with HOWDEN Africa and I learnt a lot considering the companies 40years experience in air technology engineering theyve given the best platform to hone my skills in mechanical engineering (fitting and turning). I am looking to grow in this vast industry and challenge my self to be the best and yo deliver a good product for the client and my emplyer .

I have four years creditors clerk experience, Have a technically sound financial experience and discipline, and fully understand the professional and ethical standards of the profession. I am capable to work under pressure even with no supervision. Motivated by challenging tasks and always produce best results within a given time frame. I have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Great learning and practical experiences
Fast paced environment a business that allows you to be dynamic in decision making. When things get tough everyone helps out. You are always in the middle of the action and keeps you on your toes. Many types of character and people from backgrounds and creeds, makes it interesting how you learn how to communicate, interact and building up of relationships with these individuals.

Fitting jobs where we assemble some components,find fault finding,we record it,monitor moving machine,check vibration to the machine,tight up loosen bolt.maintaining house keeping,repairs powerstation fans Relationship that I have with my colleagues it's team player,help each other to their weakness and create a learning curve,and shape their future Challenging aspect being strong,confident and humble and honest

Fast learner
I always strive to meet my deadlines, get along with my co-workers very easily sharing ideas and I have learnt that making our clients which is our suppliers happy all the time is the best feeling ever they always want to be assisted by you because you put them first. the most challenging aspects of my job is when I fail to pay my suppliers on time we lose their trust and we also lose discount for suppliers who give us discount when we pay on time. always making sure that my personal life doesn't interfere with my work.

Learning and Growth
I manage cost accountants and also responsible for training and mentoring trainees and supervise debtors manager. I go beyond the number and reporting and I have passion for operations and interaction wit people who make the bottom line. My infectious personality and love for continuous improvement and learning sets me aside from most candidates. I am a charismatic extrovert that loves analysing and asking questions. I've become the go to person when you need work done speedily and accurately. In the past 4 years in my current role I have learnt to drive the company and its vision. I enjoy this fast paced environment that has taught me to process information speedily and look beyond the values. Dealing with headstrong colleagues who have vast experience can be challenging since they're more resistant to change but the amount of knowledge sharing is enormous.
