It is a great internasional company

Management is SUCKS!!!!! There is no promo prospects. There is no communication chanels between workers and management and lots of politics. The company do not adhere to policies set out by the labour department and even the CCMA and if you go to CCMA the matter always stops at Donkins front door never hear of the matter or complaint or grievience again.

Working for donkin

The staff turnover in the finance department have been high so I have been the only constant thing in the department , I know how most things work and so I get responsibilities daily that take up my time , like where are the books, please organise food for the visitors, where is that file from 2017 ,etc I am the Cashbook clerk but my title says debtors clerk because that is what I was hired as but I haven't done any debtors apart from helping where needed I am a big part of month end reporting assisting the cost accountants with everything and anything that they need even up to water. I have recently taken on even more responsibility helping out the creditors clerk with processing of transport invoices. I am the go to person for everything!

Cons: Long working hours
