About myself
My name is Nadine I am hard worker,goal getter, good listener , confidence , willing to learn. I can work well both individual and in a team. Always ready to help others, friendly. Good telephone manner, good communication skills. Computer skills excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and outlook. I have qualification in bachelor of business administrative, I have experience in admin, banking and call center. I have customers experience both face to face and over the phone.

Good learning curve
During my 3 years at htn I've le3alot such self confidence I had to learn in order to archive my target I nee so I've learnt alot about debt collection and how to handle debtor especially difficult debtor's who refused to pay because of lack of understanding so with the script and the knowledge I had I found I was able to calm debtor's down and we come to an arrangement, I've learned that hard work pays ded to believe in myself, also discipline in a work environment there's a certain way one needs to carry themselves also good communication helped, so

Excellent and self driven
I was on a contract for 6 months and they did add 3months so now its over and they is too much favouritism and I was all way at work never took my leave days and always on time at hour early always so it was my time to just leave

M very good when it comes to convincing client
was working at htn attoneys got a leanership there of a contanct center so very good when it comes to working with client and know m making good commision at celling phones. I started working at retail shop at egdarz so client are my things, i know how to handle objection

Not at all
Not nice the supervisors are on walking the floor screening and team leaders always at you case like we at preschool. Manager also walking on the check8ng God knows what.

The team leader always taught us how to negotiate and approach our clients
It was good company to work at and a good environment and we worked from 8 to 5pm and my relationship with coworkers was excellent team lessee was always kind I enjoyed that our teamesder always showed us that we are family the challenging part was on mid month the weekly target would slack a little bit
