Plan all daily depot operational activities, Ensure all staff daily task allocated are fully discussed in oder to establish common goal and manage expectations. Promote good relationship between subordinates and management. Enjoyed personal growth, self development and staff individual aspirations. Initiate operational objectives and aligned them with team overall targets. Identify challenges and sort various ways to overcome them through enovations and improved performances. Ensure performance measures are in place, and are measurable and achievable.
