Pros: bursaries available for employees
Cons: no room for growth once you have completed your studies.

Operations Manager with the ability to fix and repair

I have been in property for 5 years looking after malls .I worked for JHI for 4 years looking after 12 mall is different areas and provinces and then worked for Hyprop for 8 months looking after the Glen shopping mall.

Pros: Fast learner and hard worker
Cons: No problem with long hours

Excellent learning curve

I am a maintenance manager at the Glen shopping mall. I have 4 colleges working with me . I maintain the malls maintanace keeping tenants happy. I am on a contract bases and my contact is ending this month . I was a stand in for a manager who was sick and has now returned to work. I was with out work for 1 year priar to this . I work for a company J.H.I. I was N operations manager and looked after 12 centres.

Pros: Work because I love it
Cons: Long working hours is never a problem
