As the DP After Sales Manager . I start work at 6hrs everyday and knock if at 18hrs I meet my managers at 07:30 discuss the days ops , issues and challengers and check targets against budget. There after I ensure frontline staff and Service Manager are ready for throughout. Thereafter I will sit with the Sales Manager then Parts Manager and go through their DOC. M y contract has expired and due to political climate . I am not renewing . Besides this I Need more of a challenge

Many challengers that I over came in Congo to reach my goal

Pros: Having an open mind been communicative coupled physically checks motorvate me
Cons: I usually start my day at 05:30 winding up at 18:40 . Long productive hrs produces great results
