My job entails but not limited to costing of job cards for customers, follow up with customers and resolving issues and queries that arise and assisting customers with the best assistance and advise that can be provided. Deal with a lot of numbers with regard to making sure payment is received by the company and follow up with shortfall and providing feedback to senior management. Enjoyed doing technical worj Learnt how to work fast and work well with othets Learnt how to work in a safe environment Improved on technical skills.. Dignoses and repairs Both electrical and mechanical dignoses

Pros: Dignosing vehicles and doing both mechanical and electrical repairs. Doing services on passanger vehicles and commercial vehicles.. Replacing of clutches... Brakes.. Engines.. Lights

It was excellent and I learned a lot from it

I have learnt so much in the 10 years that I have been in this company

Hyundai has taught myself and my colleagues so much and I look forward to personal growth in the near future. I started off from being a wash bay supervisor to a service driver and eventually a service advisor.

I want to growth in the company, being challenged and keep on learning. Good communications at all levels in company. Company must have good Cash flow and at least older than 10 years.
