• Manages 2 branches in Gauteng • Ongoing client relationship management. • Continuous sourcing and recruiting of learners. • Recruit, screen and shortlist learners according to client specific needs and requirements. • Ensure that learner files handed over are complete and that this is done timeously and according to deadlines. • Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to according to recruitment SOP. • Oversee pre-assessments and ensure all necessary arrangements have been made. • Confirm dates with necessary stakeholders. • Ensure assessments are scored and captured accurately and timeously as per SOP. • Review learner assessment results and report successful and unsuccessful learners. • Provide feedback, under National Psychometrist's guidance, to assessed learners when enquiries are made. • Ensure attendance at all learner registration days in the region to quality check and support. • Schedule registration date and coordinate registration activities

I really enjoy my job based on the fact that I am learning a lot about different kinds of disabilities. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, we understand each other and we work as a team. Most challenging aspects of this job is not being able to meet the required proposals for our clients, e.g. coloured & Indian candidates.

Job discription
It is a good environment, I enjoy working with disabled kids, I have learned to be more patient especially dealing with different kinds of disabilities, I enjoy helping these kids get learnerships but the most challenging aspect is not being able to meet the client's spec when it comes to recruiting indian learners.
