They are taking advantage of the youth as we seek experience and this is not fair. Working long hours while you are underpaid and sometimes you even work for long the whole day without lunch.i talk basically is depressing us.

Helps me to start off my career
The working hours are too long.There are no tea breaks and only a 15 minute lunch break.The environment is not always calm and professional. I am glad about getting a basic salary and commission but would like an opportunity to grow, get opportunities to more learning programmers and training to better my skills as well as opportunities for advancing my career in a healthy working environment.

Not good working environment
The company was a sales based companies where I was doing credit limit increases. I learnt how to communicate very well with customers and also accept rejections from the clients. however, the working hours were too long and the pay was not enough for my living expenses.

We work 12 hours a day and under a lot of pressure
The good thing about it is that it teaches one to be ok with working flexible hours as we work for 12 hours and there's a lot of pressure on everyone to make sales so one gets to learn to work under extreme pressure
Pros: Earn more commission based on number of sales one makes per day
