Company directors decided to sell direct to end users, leaving a bad name in the market with their installers and system integrators. This causing many relationships and the company brand to fall. This was done without any of the sales staff knowledge as they took this upon themselves, and we found this out as we received calls from our customers complaining on this matter.

Pros: none
Cons: no direct channel of leadership, and directors do not listen to customers

Excellent consultant

Medium sized, very good, quality work, recognised in the industry, large profile. Good team spirit, highly skilled individuals. Most challenging is understaffed, lot of work, working extra hours to be able to deliver on time.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion, lot of learning opportunity,
Cons: Long hours
