I enjoy keeping busy there will never be a time I'll just be sitting and doing nothing I'll always be busy even if it's clean my work station. Catching one of my staff members stealing although I manage to keep it professional.

In This job there's no overtimes and hardly get enough off

I wish i can get a job that can Sustain my needs To Get Enough Financial Services That Will Be Fair To My Rights As a Worker Learned Most About How Stockholding Is Done & Enjoy Working With Co-workers Mostly Learned To Be Much Of a Hard Worker Through Challenging Moments

I was a stock clerk at checkers

Working hours its 8 hours and the relationship with my co-workers is very good because we understand each other Ive leaned a lot how to communicate with others and also how to treat or respect others I enjoy working with the computer and learning from others

Excellent learning

Monday to Friday normal working hours and overtimto work on it , To work with people I am able to communicate and cooperate with peoplee hours if it nexes

Learning curve

i love learning new things in different areas. i can build a good relationship with my team mates and the people i work with on a daily basics. i am very well out spoke and i don't let people walk over me. i am passionate for what i do and i love what i do but when it comes to growing in different elements i am more then welcome to take on that risk. i love overcoming my fears because its a learning curve foe me as a person that needs to grow on a daily basic.

Excellent learning

I am hard working person and fast learner and what I learned at IBI is that respect my job and follow the procedaces and principles and also do what's needed to be done to do my work and also self confidace is also needed

I learned a lot about

A typical day started with typing reports (from the CCTV operators) regarding the happenings in the Shoprite stores. I got along great with my co-workers. I have learned a lot regarding retail and polygraph tests. I enjoyed the working hours the most. The most challenging aspect was to have everyone satisfied at the end of the month when pay run was send to HQ for processing.

Pros: Great working hours and it was close to home.
Cons: No opportunity for promotion as I reached the highest level
