My work at IBM for the last 8 days has been challenging. I have moved from different customers, learned many different industries. Of course the support stays the same, only few differences when it comes to administrative part of the job. Which info is necessary for this customer, in not necessary for the other. My day I about balancing and prioritizing what is more important than the other to offer and help my colleagues offer the best support there is. It's a demanding environment, but I guess all the jobs are as demanding. What are enjoy the.most in my line of duty it's an happy customer, the feeling that I.have helped someone solve a problem and that he or she can carry on with her daily duties because of me or my team. I do not have all the answers, knowledge data base and team work makes it look like I do.
Pros: Great learning experience.
Cons: No physical interactions with clients.
