Greater experience on claims

It was a very challenging work experience interms of grieving for my clients and met different in kind of my colleagues and I've leaned to focus on my work and enjoyed seeing my clients walked out happy

Cons: long hours are nothing as long as completed your duty

Implementing something new within the company was a greate experience

It was a very challenging job with a load of work and needed other branches to cooperate with and I enjoyed sèeing my client's walk out happy all the time

Challenging experience

That was a growing company ,with new employees now and then as for my department it was very challenging because I had to do training as well for all 52 branches you know some of them they are fast to learn some are not but I was a good leader and had a great experience with their individuality.

Pros: No there was no progress so I decided to leave
Cons: If you love what you doing then you can't complain about working long working hours
