My job is fairly routine same thing everything. I assist client's with their queries telephonically and on email. Relationships with co workers are good, mutual respect on all ends. I have learned quite a lot from my job about client services and going the extra mile to assist a client. I have learned a lit about the systems as well. The company is in the debt management field so being o assist clients with a very sensitive and real issue such as debt has been a humbling experience. The best part about my job is the client interactions because I have meaningful conversations with clients and get to share knowledge and information to assist them with their issues. Most challenging aspect I would say is trying to separate my life irk from my life because debt is such a sensitive issue, there are certain cases that really touch you and wish there was more I can do for the person.

I gain more experience

I have learned to work as a team ,I learned that working overtime s its not a crimes it makes business go forward, I really enjoye working in team because I learn new things from other people
