Good relationship with employers. Most thing I like is to work overtime getting more experience. Working as team and alone. Working accurately under pressure and polish my job. Available anytime when I'm needed.

Great Exposure

I have improved the inventory holding by 50% I'm less than 3 months of joining the company. I have improved efficiency and implemented new processes which yielded positive results.

Decent place to work for but very stressful

WeDecent company to work for. Stressful environment but work gets done. People are generally friendly but very quick to pass the buck. Mostly they shy away from taking responsibilities. You will learn a lot about manufacturing engineering and get exposed to interacting with global stakeholders.

Pros: Great opportunity to diversify and expand your industry knowledge
Cons: Workload can be a lot and as production increases

poor people comminacation not transparent over worked under paid increse not in line with MIBC no further skills development very racist no care for the shop floor workers

Hard working person

A key strength of my ability is to reduce non value adding activities with the use of lean manufacturing principles that reduces overheads without compromising the customer call off’s (TAXT time).I have reputable references to motivate the above if requested, or alternatively view my LinkedIn account.

Eager to learn more about process and quality

I'm young energetic person who has the ability to problem solving, good commutation skills, attention to details and ability to work alone and within the team, and also ability to take instruction from management and other team members,and maintain high levels of performance, and providing positive motivation example for other employees
