Excellent leadership

I learn many skills how to be a leader . finishing job in time.undustend what the company needs . working alone under pressure.leaning skills . teaching The target in time.we have team building every Friday playing soccer and net ball .the boss respect the pupils he dont shaut he show U what U must do

Good

Good relationship with employers. Most thing I like is to work overtime getting more experience. Working as team and alone. Working accurately under pressure and polish my job. Available anytime when I'm needed.

Great Exposure

Decent place to work for but very stressful

WeDecent company to work for. Stressful environment but work gets done. People are generally friendly but very quick to pass the buck. Mostly they shy away from taking responsibilities. You will learn a lot about manufacturing engineering and get exposed to interacting with global stakeholders.

Pros: Great opportunity to diversify and expand your industry knowledge
Cons: Workload can be a lot and as production increases

Hard working, excellent learning curves

I am dedicated work person, willing to go extra mile in my job description. i enjoyed working with team so we can achieve a lot as well as contributing to the company. Through my theoretical and practical skills i have gained, i have saved a company a lot of money in projects. I love working in an environment where there is more challenges, it helps to gain more experience and make sure i complete my tasks in time.

Pros: Seeing myself as a professional Engineer in 5 years time
Cons: I have spent more than 24 hours non stop as the deadline was approaching, bear in mind there is fatigue.

Good and Excellent with so learn curve

Well it was good well groomed company where was everyone was a leader, problem solver.The where good working ethics you should follow all the time,to make sure how can we meet our customers requirements in best quality and efficiency and deliver in time,and being flexible.I have good working condition with my colleagues and also with management all time
