I want to leave my company because am not happy

Am intrested for driving career .I have a license code 10 & I have my transport am driving everyday. I have a lot off expirience ,am humble person am fast & quick

Pros: Am not drinking alcohol
Cons: I don't haeven a problem to working overtimt

Great learning environment

Good working relationship with shop floor workers and team leaders. Easy access to training resources. Completed leadership training, FSSC 22000 lead auditor training, a green belt six sigma project.

Pros: Great work environment , good working culture
Cons: Flat structure
