My duties at the IIE Rosebank College I do respect is the key, filling, consultation, career expo.daily filling, transfering calls, consultation,data capturing,Road show Marketing and career expo.Wha I have learned in the environment venture is that you must have a good customer service all the time and also respect one another internal and external.

Life at RC
Working at IIE Rosebank College can be compared to a life of harmony especially being part of the Pretoria team. A typical day at work with covid19 Pandemic socializing while having breakfast around the same table. Forming part of the social media team means logging on before 9 :00am and assisting prospective students and parents on What'sApp, Live Chat and Facebook. The most challenging aspect of the Kob is having a set target and everyday in sales are not the same you have good ones and the bad too but you have to keep going. I have learned that you have to remain self motivated and always stay committed to your goals.
Pros: Working in a team, peak getting commission.
Cons: Long working hours.

Excellent learning curve and skill development
I have learned to multitask, work cooperatively with colleagues, keep organised and calm in intense situation or work overload. I enjoyed how amazing the colleagues and seniors were, the unity displayed at all times, excellent cooperation and teamwork and great motivation from seniors. The most challenging aspects were having to manage without colleague when not around but it taught me to able to work independentl.

Good learning curve
I can handle stress and I am also able to diffuse stressful situations. I am kind, compassionate and a dedicated individual, who has a friendly disposition and an infectious laugh. I work hard and never settle for second best. I always give off 100% at all times and secondly believe that I will be a welcome addition to your organization and a strong employee amongst your fellow employees.

Good Learning Environment
Dealing with students and admin employees who forget their passwords, Troubleshooting LAN problems, setting projectors in presentation rooms, Assisting users remotely, installing OS and Software and Antivirus. Very good relationship with my Co-workers regard each other as family. I have learned a lot on day to day IT operations, learned to work with little supervision and to be a team player. I enjoy solving end user problems. The most challanging aspect is when i have to deal with a problem for the first time and i am not more clued up about the device or software that is giving issues

Learning curve
As a volunteer at the Library of IIE Rosebank College , I had the chance to interact with many people of diverse backgrounds and enhance my customer relations skills on a daily basis. A typical day at work would be relaxing but productive at my desk doing clerical tasks. There was no hard part to the job. The most enjoyable part was getting to learn new things such Open Access, Sabinet and other smart search applications. The most challenging thing was when my co workers didn't want to do the work that had been delegated to us. And my co workers would make excuses and not do the work this was a bit challenging because I had to do the work alone at times.

Ensure that students are in the right venue for assessment and learned how to work as a team and follow instructions from management. they follow rules

Excellent learning curve
Start to work at 7h30 till 1630 i had a great relationship with my co_workers. I learn the you can achieve anything you put you mind into. I enjoyed challenging my self and pushing myself to the limit and a relationship with my students. Challenge was work overload

Good Learning Environment
checking servers, computers and printer in the morning, resetting user passwords, troubleshooting LAN problems, dealing with suppliers. Good relationship with co-workers management I have learned latest technology and how to deal with users i enjoy having workers having no issues with their systems dealing with problems that i did not get training for
