- Site measure - Design - Site supervision - Technical report - Inspecting crawl beams and steel structures for defects. - Align and fix scope of project with client - Designing structural steel and reinforced concrete structures(only concrete bases) - Detailed Engineering Drawings - Project Management - Liaising with clients

Pros: Growing room, teaches to be responsible, take decision and be accountable for the results, able to mentor others coming after you, time management
Cons: You will have to sacrifice you personal time, to much pressure that one will have to endure, miscommunication can cause lot of harm than good.

Excellent working and learning environment

its a good working environment, you being exposed to design and management skills. co-workers are friendly and treat each other with respect and dignity.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: not fair salary among the employees

Hard working with great people skills

I normally start my day by checking my emails and handling all the queries that i get. Meeting with the Office Manager to check his diary and that he has all the necessary documentation for his day. I have a great relationship with my co-workers. Everyone is always willing to help each other. I started working here while i was still studying. I have learned so much about the workforce and how to better use my unique skills to enhance the company. I enjoy working with people and being part of a team.

Pros: Great company to work for
Cons: Company is closing some of the branches
