I have excellent customers service experience.

The environment in pharmaceutical you as a employee you always need to be professional at all times .My relationship with my co-workers is all ways positive because we work with patient and customers .I have learnt. due to changes in pharmacy laws we need to ask questions the whole times due to the laws of medicine control council.I enjoy the most of my work for the last 8 years to see my patient and customers happy and smile .My most challenge of jobs is went the system have technical problems and my patient and customers start to be rude at the count .

Pros: Great company for development. Opportunity for promotion at the company.Company have open door policy to educated about company information sales performance and profit.
Cons: I like work overtime

Good exposure

Rotation from one health institution to the other depending on health institution’s needs. I meet new different people. I have learned to treat everyone with respect, pantuality is important and I enjoy engaging with patients.
