More of a stagnant situation not seeing yourself moving forward in life

one of the largest mining companies with lots of patients to see on daily basis to collect treatment, draw blood, see the doctor, to be referred hospital, OHC and multidisciplinary teams, others paraded check defaulters and non treatment collectors, updates of data, use of Trimed. Capturing of files to be sent for orders. Preparation and Initiation of Haart. Short-staffed with lots of patients to see sharing work amongst each other and work as a team. To render quality and good record keeping as per protocol within a reasonable minimized time to avoid long stay of queues and patient dissatisfaction. To be kind and approachable to allow patients to open up to you. Enjoy the nurse patient relationship that I have developed and not working night shift. More work less salary and shortage of resources/treatment at some point. No rewards for good work competency or accomplishment

Pros: Less opportunity for promotions
Cons: Not being paid for speciality and being in the company for years without promotion

Gud learning experiance

I am capable of doing an early entry exam, give instruction job planning and fixing sub standard work places Identifying .be able to take fully responsibility to my employees from to the workplace. check weather they use correct p for their own safety

Pros: great opportunity to upgrade the companuy
Cons: working hard for better living
