I learnt to respect other and workplace.
I enjoy to work in this industry and i gain alot from my co-workers. I appreciate to work as team and it makes work done well and simple. I always respect other people and respect their views about the task. I follow the procedure and i finish a work in time. I learnt how to work with people and how to start a work. I faced a challenges of safety how to prevent a injuries at work and i followed the rules of the workplace or workshop. To service and fix the machines opened my mind and i learnt alot to do them.
Pros: to be a diesel mechanic
Cons: I worked a 8 hours that was a normal shift and i used to work overtime and stay on. i used to work stayon during a week and weekend5i used to work overtime from 8 to 15 hours and i appreciated to do it and i did it with the whole of my heart.I worked under pressure and i made sure a job had done before I knock off. I always came to work and prepared for stay on and i didn't have any problems about that.I always liked work stay on and overtime and i had time to learn other jobs on the workshop and i have got alot of experience to work in this industry of mechanical. I learned too fast and i made everything accurate.

My every day life as an environmental Officer
To be team member of Impala holding played a very significant role in my development as an individual and the personnel attitude is commended as well. My every day work involves meeting and engaging different people and challenges which is integral part of ensuring compliance around operations and engaging with mine personnel of different educational background and attitude is fulfilling activity during raising awareness training sessions I have leant to study each situation and problem as it presents itself and dealing with it based of company policies and standard guidelines Field work (Surface and underground) is always good The challenging aspect of my daily task which sometimes makes it difficult to accomplish commitments and deadlines is bad attitude of less informed personnel, however as I maintain contact with them they slowly learn and be better citizens as well
Pros: Fulfilling after annual audits and keeping up with legal updates
Cons: Unpaid overtime

Fast learner
I have learned how to work with diverse people,sometimes my job gets difficult because of shortage I end up working more than 8hours but as overtime,i enjoy my job because theres a lot of challenges like learning different languages sometimes we have visitors to check if we are working safe,the most challenging aspects is when you have to work night shift because we work shifts.

I like new challenges and like to try new things in my life.
I enjoy working with my team members because we love each other an respect one another.it was very nice to work hear in impala cause I have learned so much in them and gained a lot of experience.i enjoy to assess leaners every day that's what I like the most and also to facilitate those are the things that I like the most. The most challenging aspects are when we have more leaners in a day an we should finish them on the same day cause of classes are to small sometimes to accommodate all of them ,so we have to double the classes in that day that is the only challenge that I had.

team work is essential at my current work
On daily routine is sample analysis and reading on different spectrometers and it is great as we work as a team and if section requirrequire one analyst still it's possible and work flow is easier ..good communication is key as production must be effective and reached on certain time I enjoy as I hav gained most of my experience here aand when challengechallenges arises I tackle tthem easily as I got the best training and also manuals are there for reference

Go along with coworkers easily and understand any work I come across easily especial mechanical.
Being a Refrigeration Fitter it gives me all the advantages to link and communicate with different people in different shafts. I enjoy assembling different equipment e.g KSB pumps, Blackman oil pumps, V-belts and straight drive fans as well as screw compressors, to mention few.
Pros: With your education and hard working attitude the company can grow you to any level of your dream, in short there are great opportunities to grow in the company.
Cons: Long working hours take place especial on break downs.

Exploring new opportunities
Managing labor, doing disciplinary cases and liaising with unions and handling dispute. attending CCMA cases. doing monthly report. I am interacting with all my coworkers 'and enjoy new challenges. most challenging aspects of my job is solving disputes with union regarding the employees
