The current work is very busy and one needs to be able to switch in between tasks in order to achieve all the daily work targets. My interaction with other Departments is very crucial for the quality of the management reports which I generate from time to time as part of my responsibilities and duties. Its always good to interact with different people because I get different ideas, that has help me to be a better Mining Planner in my career. I have a strong ability to motivate people to team up and work as one unit to ensure our organization wins.

Great learning experience
Starting a mining section from development phase with mostly newly recruited employees. Getting them to understand the system and ensuring that they are able to work as a team and achieve targets.

Excellent training
Reporting results, authorization of results, fluX the samples, receiving samples using lims and sap. In daily basis we had to recieve same samples so we confirm wether they still conform to the standards that are being set. What I liked the most it's when they introduce new samples cause we don't know what will be the out come so we had to prepare lots of samples over and over so we can make an conclusion. What I didn't like it's that I we aren't given fair chances to experience the whole lab how it operates.

A very fulfilling and rewarding job
-Required to work overtime from time to time. Operated the winder during Commissioning. -Enjoyed modification processes to run winders automatically. -Always kept abreast to the latest developments of new systems and technology in winding operations. -Ensured that all systems and safety devices were in good working conditions before resuming my normal winding operations. -Enjoyed carrying out periodic tests on the winder on monthly basis with specialists and engineer. Operating the winder in line with set standards and procedures brought joy and happiness not only to myself but to all those proceeding to underground. -The challenging aspect of my job is time management: to not be releaved on time.

Good working enviroment
Management style excellent,people are the businness here. Support system in terms of material and equipment.communication excellent. Divercity. People get paid in time. Health and safety policies good and well implicated. Normal working hours except in orgernised overtime.
