Good exposure to the audit field

A typical day would include the team meeting at a client for an opening meetings with a client and proceeding with the audit. Working with the client and discussing findings with clients. Ive learnt how to deal with different clients, working in different environments and working in a team as well as independently. I enjoy doing the fieldwork, understanding how different industries work and the travelling. The most challenging part of this job is working with difficult clients .

Fast Learner

Good communicator Friendly Goal-driven Go-getter integrity I enjoy leading a team There is a difference between a Boss and a leader, Leader motivates staff and sees himself as a team, a Boss takes credit and demotivates staff. I have a good relationship with my co-workers.

I got to develop management skills

Imperial was a great company to work for. The Car rental Division taught me self confidence and to grow thick skin. I was the branch supervisor for Tempest/Europcar. I was responsible for staff related issues such as, coaching, skills development, motivation and support of staff when it comes to operation of the business. I gained a variety of skills e.g. management, customer service, communication and problem solving skills. I got to meet and build great relationships with people in different departments of the company. The most challenging aspect of the job was having to resolve customer related complaints about our products.

Pros: Great opportunity to build and develop a variety of skills
Cons: Long working hours and working on public holidays

Good learning curve

I started at Imperial in January 2016, when I started I was mostly a data capture but now I have grown in the payroll department. I have learnt a lot, I basically do my own payrolls from start to end and I have mostly done payrolls for +_ 1200 staff. I am very passionate and dedicated to my work and everything I do, I give it my all , I am always willing to learn new things and enjoy working with all different types of people . I capture contracts, create input sheets, capture input sheets, do terminations, UI19’s, letter is service , working on ESS.

Pros: There’s a bonus, company pays half for medical aid
Cons: Staff isn’t included in changes of the company

Excellent

I have worked in a warehouse as a warehouse clerk where my dities were to receive and despatching stock, loading and unloading the trucks and also to count the stock ensure that there are no damages. My works was very easy and i enjoyed it but i like challenging job to keep my mind focused.

Excellent learning curve

I have combined 13 years’ experience in the field of internal audit, Forensic audit, risk management audit and compliance audit. This experience was acquired through performing the audits in financial services industry, vehicle retail outlets, Logistics, car rentals and government owned entities. I have recently completed the Associate Of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) UK qualification and I also have Bcom Accounting from Wits University, Higher Diploma in Computer Auditing from Wits University and Certificate in Forensic and Investigative Audit from UNISA.

A hard working, target, money driven sales person, I enjoy the interaction with customers

arranging personal cars for my clients directors, last minute rentals for film directors. returning quotes assisting with invoicing and accounts meetings problem solving to client satisfaction client visits 5 existing a day cold calling new customers either from leads or just walking in visiting film sets to ensure correct vehicles were delivered

Pros: making commision
Cons: dealing with demanding customers all hours of the day and night
