A learning curve of the paharmaceutical industry.
My typical at day at starts off by me looking at my e-mails. Then I start of by doing follow ups with suppliers of any outstanding orders and send the status update the manager to update her final order tracking report. After I am done with the follow up report of orders, I then update my weekly action/duty list for the team and send it out to the PMPU(Provincial Medicine Procurement Unit) team. I have the best relationship with my co-workers because we are always working in a team and always making sure that we help each other where any of us does not understand. We always motivate each other. What I enjoy most about my job is new system that we have learned RX to process orders and payment packs, learning more about different medicines and the pharmaceutical industry as a whole and liaising with suppliers to solve any queries in the organisation. One the challenges I have experienced is that sometimes suppliers are not cooperative.
Pros: great opportunity for the new establishe unit of it becoming a pemanant position as it is a contract of 6 months.
Cons: suppliers who are not coorperative.

Am good in MS Office, also have qualification
we have shift rotation, two weeks day shift and two week night shift, hours is nine hours shift, some times we work over time if the work load is too much. but it is some thing happens once or twice a month. i enjoy mostly the night shift.
Pros: chances of promotions are there.

I lead by example and learn quickly lastly I am not ashamed to ask if I don't understand.

My working expirience
A normal day here is very very busy, we have a lot of clients and customers who depend on us on a daily basis. I have learnt a lot since I came here, SAP(ERP AND EWM), how to deal with clients and respect them . How to treat customers and the manner in which we should speak with them. Communication, respect and the relationship with co-workers is very good.The most challenging thing about the job is the pressure that comes with it and how you should act when orders are urgent.

Fast learner able to work alone without a supervision
Hard worker creating counts counting moving the stock via sap moving damages blocked stock able to work alone and send my daily report to my managers.
Pros: i cant work up to be promoted to the senior level

Good guy adaptinng very well in a new inviroment eager to learn more.
I do catch up easily when taught something good learner I can move stock via system punctual on time keeping able to work alone and send the report top the managers before my shift end.

I'm want a better career prospect
I love my job and I'm a hard worker, I always make sure I meet my deadlines and I always communicating with my internal and External clients make sure they are getting better service and a customer citification.
Pros: I can even handle a management position cause I'm very confident.
Cons: I'm even always work long ours if I didn't meet my deadline.
