I am writing to express my interest in the position as mentioned in (Maintenance Supervisor). I believe I possess the required qualification and experience of over 30 years in the engineering sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, utilizing innovative systems and streamlined operations. I have strong problem solving skills with the ability to formulate solutions and measures to avoid reoccurrence. I have demonstrated the ability to coordinate and interact with personnel at various levels. With excellent communication and coordination skills, I have the ability to lead a team to success and deliver projects in the given time frame. I am confident that my positive approach towards my work will benefit the organisation. My strength lies in my hardworking nature, sincerity and the willingness to learn more. I am glad to have received good exposure in a professional atmosphere.

Excellent learning curve

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Exceptional listener: My ability to be an exceptional listener has enabled me to have a good relationship with people around me. Verbal skills: I’ve acquired this skill, because I have an ability to communicate well with people at a work environment, in person or even via phone call. Writing skills: My good writing skills has allowed me to communicate my messages with clarity and ease to a far larger audience than through face-to-face or telephone conversations Interpersonal skills: Encouraging attitude with a strong capability of inspiring others in work place environment has helped me acquire this skill and I a caring attitude with inherent compassion. And I have an ability to motivate employees to make the most of the potential. Great experience, but no guarantee for job security

Currently, have no incentives within the company, and would wish to acquire employment inclusive of benefits Lacking of organised structure in terms of reporting hierarchy However on the basis of exposure, on different projects, adequate knowledge and skills are acquired based individual efforts, which is contributes to productivity of the organization as a whole

Career Growth

I am currently managing a three year maintenance contract working under eskom power generation. I have a good relationship with my team . Constant communication has played a vital role in our relationship. I have learnt that having a clear vision makes its easier to achieve the project objectives. The most challenging aspect is to keep all the units running everyday and there is a lot of improvement since we started.

I have learn lot of things i worked i changed from cable puller to fire watcher nd company see opportunity of training me for working at heights.i can say my co-workers that i was working with they putted their trust of their life to me

Learning curve

Not a bad company to work for but they Chase money instead of morale. They were toed to the gupta leaks and as a reault lost eskom as their biggest contract. As a result all their project employees were retrenched without notice nor severance package.

Excellent and interesting

Good company to I enjoy the camaraderie and good learning experience working at power stations throughout the country.I enjoyed working with the staff. I enjoy working as an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor.

Lifting and techniq, working at height, faultfindings

I feel that i can make effective contribution to assist my department to meets it's objective and comply with any requirements of the job. Work extension overtime if told me to do so

Excellent growth and development

Professional staff to work with.charing meetings with contractors.I have learned to report anything that might give us problem be it documentation or site challenges.co workers where will to help each other to achieve daily targets and deadlines.we had company accommodation and transport.
