Excellent learning experience

II got to learn about new sorting plant and it is a great learning experience and curve for me we started working normal 7 to 4 and then as time went through we worked by shifts. I had a good relationship with all my colleagues and bosses. I enjoyed most working here because we started the wholplant from the jungle to the whole finished product.

Pros: New sorting plant, it uses air unlike common cleaning plants
Cons: Shift working
