Challenging environment, great work but underpaid. The NPD department does not grow you any further. no senior positions available.Work hard to develop products, but travelling only limited to managers,Poor work culture.

I learn a lot at in2food

Now I need to grow more in another and learn something new to me,So that I can also use my experience with others. I do admin work I sometimes work as supervisor on his absence

The is some opportunities to go to school but not that we all given that opportunity

Working there is very challenging and it's,need to be very brave and stand to your ground *leaders are very difficult *some they don't want you space to do your job *I enjoy when its comes to stock from receiving to wearhouse * what I've learn is to do what I'm best at its brings good outcome

Learning curve is great

Working at in2food is a good experience and much of a simulation of a typical manufacturing firm. The hours are a bit long but a lot gets done in the time. making sure everyone is briefed with the days production and itinerary

No opportunity for growth.

As a Technical Signatory/Microbiologist/ Trainer , there's no opportunity for growth or moving up the ladder even though I have close to 5 years working experience. Work weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Lots of manual labour. Routine laboratory work with no mental challenge. The part I enjoy is not working night shift like my previous job.

Pros: No night shift
Cons: Long hours
