Role: Sr. Network Consultant Accountabilities: Responsible for configuration & troubleshooting on CE and PE (MPLS VPN Network) for GBN network. Which includes MPLS VPN, BGP, QOS & other IGP protocols like OSPF. Key Responsibilities- (1)- Preparing the configuration and implementing new sites/migration under project in GBN on CE and PE. (2)- Working in Level 3 Team which is the last point of escalation for all GBN related issues. (3)- Modify configuration as per customer request it includes additional RT in VRF, PAT change, APN configuration and QOS planning & configuration. (4)- Responsible for finding root cause analysis for any incident which comes under problem management. (5)- Expertise in BGP, MPLS VPN, OSPF, NAT, HSRP/VRRP, QOS, ERPS. (6)- Advising network design improvements/processes in GBN network.

Great learning field
I joined an organisation that had little to no implementation of skills development and learning and development but this did not deter me from quickly learning everything I could about the company, the industry, the gaps, the needs and how I could add immediate and sustainable value. The result of my efforts, and my peers, resulted in an organisation with an excellent learning culture with a clear vision, improved performance measures, a sustainable skills development model with quality control and an improved B-BBEE score. As such, I am confident in my ability to fulfil the role effectively. My achievements were brought to the attention of the management who realized that if I could be so committed and dedicated over a such short period of time, that I would be a valuable permanent addition to the company.

Great exposure into networking
As a field engineer I get to come across virous devices from different vendors. Getting to understand how they work with our own mixed with the knowledge we have unlocks fascinating things about networking as a whole .

oy my work on a day to day basis, good relationship with all my colleages , this is the start to my career hence ii have learnt a lot here I have developed all my recruiting skills at my current company I have learn every process step by step That includes sourcing candidates, ensuring they are interested in the position I am trying to sell to them, persuade them into the job, selection and on boarding discussions with candidates

Excelent learning curve
I hold a B Tech degree in IT specialising in Support Services and Communication Networks. I am in the process of completing MCSE ceLog in the claims deent. I am proficient in Installing ASR routers on sites, run configurations on ASR Routers and Huawei, Monitoring Applications and Servers on Helpdesk Services and I have a passion for Clients and work well with team members. I can mentor junior staff members (Skill transfer). I can troubleshoot before I escalate problems and keep the customer posted before he gets annoyed over the phone. (Network troubleshooting ability). I need to add value in a company, serve people with dignity and resolve their issues and the growth happens itself as technology changes so rapidly. Best regards,

Excellent learning curve
I am an open-minded individual with a proven track record in data capture , call centre agent, technical support, customer service and SOC analyst. I have strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. I am eager to be challenged in order to grow and improve my communication and professional skills gained through previous experiences.

Diverse team and company culture. Flexible working hours and minimum micro-managing. Excellent relationship with colleagues and open door policy with executives. System/s need to be customized to SA conditions and employee wellness to be considered.
