Having worked both as an Internal and External and successfully managing both, I believe I am ready for anything life throes my way. I know what I want in life. I am always seeking ways to better myself through new challenges setting targets and aiming to be the best I can be, I am functional and effective with a strong personality. Good working experience

A typical working day entails the daily review of payments and calls to customers to confirm payments and resolve queries, I have a very good relationship with all co-workers. I have learnt that one has to be timeous and efficient to handle all given tasks. challenging aspects- dealing with difficult customers that give you the "run around " on payment.

Pros: more experience in the current position.
Cons: working month end and stocktakes- no bonuses or increases.

Excellent learning curve

Incledon is a great Company to work for. Got on well with Staff, pity. Branch in PE is closing down. Re confirmed that Customer service is paramount as this supercedes price most the time. Poor service leads to loss of trust relations with Customers and Market Share.

Excellent learning curve

Challenging work days driving the achievement of Sales Targets, development of New business. It was proven again that Customer Service is Paramount and supersedes price every time. Got on well with Staff, positive minds generates positive results.
