Excellent learning period was unfortunately we had to be layed off

I learned a lot about people, communication and being a leader and great growth opportunities Learnt how to answer phone, work under pressure in an environment full of different people with there own believes Learned to be a personal keeper of an individual at work Knowing that there job can go smoothly or not under my care of there schedule

Good technical solving promblem

Incredible Solutions is based in Durban and there many other branch's like Johannesburg, Cape Town and Bloemfontein.,is a good company to gain experience when is come to problems solution based on PCs/laptops. I have two year experience working for this company dealing with customer, works as a In-store Technician Dion wires( Gateway) , and I know how to deal with customers because of Incredible Solutions, we fix laptop at the store, installing softwares, Ram, hard drive, some time if am working at the office also do screen of which is hardware problem but at the store most of the time I am facing most of there challenge is software problem.

Opportunity to learn under experienced professionals in my field

Collection of laptops at Game stores, fix them at our head office and return to stores. Train Game staff on new software and hardware information. Help desk support duties at our head office include internal support of basic network support and desktop support.

I grow as a IT Technician and lot of challenges

Working as a IT Technician was a dream to me and now I can do a lot with the experience that I gain from being a technician and a sales person ,also working at the call centre improved my listening skill and troubleshoot laptops air computers over the phone making customers to be happy
