Excellent working there and learning new things

Getting jobs on a daily basis ,look at scope on work get the right staff for the project. Work out your labor and materials ,contact the client introduce yourself to client and make a start and finish date ,appoint your foreman for the job once approved from client ,get all copies of I'd ccopies medicals and training certificates and get the SHE file organize and all signage s in file and the start with the work

I gain alot of experience on a daily basis and is always willing to learn more

I have 20 years experience In managing general maintenance and construction industry and always perform to the best of my ability. I have vast knowledge in the construction industry. I am willing to gain more information as I'm currently finishing my N5 and N6 National certificate in building and civil engineering on a part time basis at Northlink College.

Pros: Gain alot of information
Cons: Hours are long
